DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping for RTW For Pieces in stock:

• Delivery within Accra will be processed and delivered within 24hrs after payment receipt via Dispatch service.
• Delivery within Ghana but outside Accra will be processed and shipped 24hrs - 72hrs via DHL
• Delivery outside of Ghana will be processed and shipped 3-7 business days via DHL / FedEx
• Pre-Ordered items will be processed and shipped 2-4 weeks after receipt.

# Shipping for Custom Made Gowns will be delivered/ shipped 2- 5 weeks prior to confirmed date.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

While B’VENAJ does not offer cash refunds, we will however issue a B’VENAJ store credit on fully priced (RTW) items ONLY, which can be used on your next purchase provided item(s) purchased is in good condition and returned:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• With All Tags Attached
• With Original Package
• Within 5 Business Days of Purchase
