Shipping Within Ghana

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-5 working days.
Delivery Time:

  • Accra: 1-2 business days via courier, after processing.
  • Other Regions: 2-5 business days via DHL Express, after processing.

International Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
We ship internationally via DHL Express. Delivery times vary by destination, typically taking 7-14 business days.
Customs Fees/Import Duties: These are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.


Returns & Exchanges

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  • For Local Orders in Accra: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • For Orders Outside Accra: Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • For International Orders: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

A store credit may be issued for items returned after the specified period.
Please Note: Shipping fees and import duties are non-refundable.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned unwornunwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed as store credit, minus shipping costs.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, except when the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges:

  • If the new item is of equal value, we will process the exchange.
  • If the new item costs more, the customer will pay the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded as store credit.
  • The exchanged item will be shipped once we receive the original. Delivery costs for the replacement item may apply.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item or one that doesn’t match the description:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at shop@bvenaj.com, including photos of the defect, or visit our store with the item.
  • Once inspected and confirmed, we will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
